The TÜV & NRTL-certified RedZero is a digital heat controller that can be used to control and regulate msquare’s flexible silicone heating blankets. The handy size and light weight of the control unit make it perfect for mobile in-field heating processes such as repairs of rotor blades or other composite components where heat needs to be homogeneously distributed and monitored. Based on the latest technology, the RedZero offers the highest performance for heating processes, even for those with very high requirements.
Heating processes in the age of digitalization
Thanks to the innovative control system, the digital heat controller RedZero can be conveniently and wirelessly set and controlled via a smart device such as a tablet, smartphone or laptop. The entire heating process can be operated intuitively and easily from a distance of up to 120 m and documented for later inspection.
The input of heating cycles via individual parameters such as heating rate, target temperature and holding time optimize the heating process and enable individual design according to requirements and duration. As a control unit with documentation capability, the RedZero meets the high quality requirements of composite repairs and ensures the best results, even for demanding challenges.
